摘　　要：一条平衡的生产线能够有效提高企业的生产效率,降低生产线上的在制品数量,进而减少浪费,提高效率,增强企业的核心竞争力。对X公司代表产品65F6机型生产线进行分析,提出生产线目前存在的问题,通过流程分析、作业测定等方法对生产现状进行分析改进;应用Flexsim仿真软件对改进前、后的生产线进行仿真,得出相应数据验证了改进的效果与改进方法的可行性。A balanced production line can effectively improve the production efficiency of the enterprise,reduce the number of WIP on the production line,thus reducing waste,improving efficiency and enhancing the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The production line of 65F6 model,a representative product of Company X,was analyzed,and the current problems of the production line were put forward,and the current production status was analyzed and improved through process analysis and operation measurement.
