摘  要:目的探究小而密低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(sd LDL-C)对冠状动脉粥样硬化患者自噬诱导作用。方法选取自2018年1月1日-2020年5月30日间吉林大学第二医院收治拟行经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)的冠状动脉粥样硬化患者78例(粥样硬化组)和非粥样硬化冠脉病变患者45例(对照组)作为研究对象。观察两组患者血清sd LDL-C和冠脉标本中自噬相关蛋白表达水平。通过对粥样硬化组患者进行病变支数和狭窄程度亚组分析,观察其与sd LDL-C和自噬相关蛋白的相关性。结果粥样硬化组患者血清sd LDL-C、p62、NBR1和LC3-Ⅱ表达量显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且sd LDL-C与p62(r=0.635)、NBR1(r=0.648)、LC3-Ⅱ(r=0.598)均呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。随着冠脉病变支数增多患者血清sd LDL-C、p62、NBR1和LC3-Ⅱ表达量显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着狭窄程度的增加患者血清sd LDL-C、p62、NBR1和LC3-Ⅱ表达量显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论sd LDL-C与冠脉粥样硬化病变支数和狭窄程度密切相关,其可能参与诱导了冠脉自噬。Objective To explore the effect of small and dense low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(sd LDL-C)on autophagy induction in patients with coronary atherosclerosis.Methods 78 patients with coronary atherosclerosis(atherosclerosis group)and non-atherosclerotic patients who were planned to undergo percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were admitted to our hospital from January 1,2018 to May 30,2020.Forty-five patients with sclerosing coronary artery disease(control group)were used as the research object.The expression levels of autophagy-related proteins in blood serum sd LDL-C and coronary artery specimens were observed in the two groups.Through subgroup analysis of the number of lesions and degree of stenosis of patients in atherosclerosis group,the correlation with sd LDL-C and autophagy-related proteins was observed.Results The expression of serum sd LDL-C,p62,NBR1 and LC3-Ⅱin the atherosclerosis group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).And sd LDL-C was positively correlated with p62(r=0.635),NBR1(r=0.648),LC3-Ⅱ(r=0.598)(P<0.05).With the increase in the number of coronary artery disease,the serum sd LDL-C,p62,NBR1 and LC3-Ⅱexpression increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of the degree of stenosis,the expression of serum sd LDL-C,p62,NBR1 and LC3-Ⅱincreased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion sd LDL-C is closely related to the number of coronary atherosclerosis lesions and the degree of stenosis,and it may be involved in the induction of coronary autophagy.
