摘  要:为使电动轮驱动电机实现降速增扭,且充分发挥其高效率区域,本文提出一种集成有两挡变速的电动轮驱动系统。在选择体积小、质量轻、功率密度大的永磁同步内转子电机作为驱动电机后,确定结构简单、传动比变化范围大的拉维娜式行星齿轮机构(Lavina planetary gear mechanism,LPCM)作为两挡变速机构。通过对LPGM杠杆转速图分析,确定了采用布置两个制动器的形式实现两挡传动,该方案可实现电动轮制动功能。根据某电动轮汽车整车参数,对驱动电机、两挡变速机构的结构进行尺寸计算,得出本文提出的两挡变速电动轮驱动系统可集成在轮辋中。运用CRUISE汽车仿真软件对两挡变速、固定速比电动轮汽车进行仿真,结果表明两挡变速电动轮汽车在60 km/h等速循环工况下百公里耗电量可减少16.94%,在NEDC循环工况下百公里耗电量可减少9.57%。In order to improve the efficiency of the electric wheel drive motor while decelerating the rotational speed and increasing the torque,an electric wheel drive system integrated with two-speed transmission is proposed in this paper.The permanent magnet synchronous inner rotor motor,with small size,light weight and high power density,is selected as the drive motor;the Lavina planetary gear mechanism(LPCM),with a simple structure and a wide range of transmission ratio,is chosen as the two-speed transmission mechanism.Then,two brakes are arranged into LPGM to realize two-speed transmission,which can also brake the electric wheel,based on the analysis of the lever speed diagram of LPCM.According to the parameters of an electric wheel vehicle,the size of the drive motor and the two-speed transmission mechanism are calculated.Results show that the two-speed transmission electric wheel drive system can be fully integrated in the rim.Finally,the two-speed transmission and fixed-speed ratio electric wheel vehicle are simulated by CRUISE.The results show that power consumption per 100 km of the vehicle with the two-speed transmission electric wheel drive system can be reduced by 16.94%under 60 km/h constant speed cycle condition and 9.57%under NEDC cycle condition.
