摘 要:钢管内壁滚涂衬塑是提高钢管防腐性能和使用寿命的重要手段之一。为适应不同直径钢管的感应加热需求,本文设计了一种可调弧度的感应加热装置,并进行了电磁场仿真、电磁-热耦合仿真和性能试验。利用Maxwell软件对两种不同绕制方式的感应器进行电磁场仿真分析,发现采用涡状绕制方式的感应器磁场分布更集中;并与ANSYS workbench软件进行电磁-热耦合仿真分析,仿真结果表明该装置能够满足钢管衬塑的加热要求。加热试验和粉末熔融试验表明:在电流为460 A,频率为8000 Hz时,加热装置能在10s左右将钢管内壁加热至聚烯烃粉末熔融温度,且粉末熔融过程中不产生刺激性气体,塑料层成型良好,满足钢管衬塑加热要求。Pipe lining is an important pipe anticorrosion method that can efectively improve the corrosion resistance of steel pipes and increase its service life.In the induction heating process,in order to meet the heating requirements of different pipe diameters,a variable diameter induction heating device is designed in this paper.Electromagnetic field simulation,electromagnetic-thermal coupling simulation and system performance test are carried out.The electromagnetic field simulation analysis of the inductors with two coil winding methods is carried out through Maxwell sofware,and it is found that the magnetic field distribution of the heater using the vortex winding method is more concentrated.On this basis,the electromagnetic-thermal coupling simulation analysis is carried out through ANSYS Workbench software,and the results show that the device can well meet the heating requirements of the pipe lining.Finally,the heating test and the lining powder melting test show that when the current is 460 A and the frequency is 8000 Hz,the temperature reaches the meling temperature of the polyolefin lining powder after the heater works for about 10 seconds.During this process,no irritating gas is generated and the lining layer is well formed,which meets the heating requirements of steel pipe lining.
