摘  要:静音止回阀是新型防倒流阀门,能在水泵断电后自动适时关闭,减小水锤升压,其工作特性对保证系统安全极为重要。通过Fluent软件结合用户自定义和动网格技术,对某型静音止回阀的稳态过流特性和关阀动态特性进行了三维流固耦合模拟分析。结果表明:稳态运行时,不同流速对应不同开度,开度减小时流阻系数迅速增大;关阀过程中,阀瓣受压差力和弹簧弹力共同作用,弹簧弹性系数越大水锤升压越小;不同流速变化率下,压差力方向在水流反向后体现较大差异;为避免较大水锤升压应争取较小流速变化率。该模拟方法对静音止回阀设计和应用有参考价值。Nozzle check valve is a new type of working valve for backward flow prevention, and it can automatically and timely close after power off and obviously reduce the pressure boost of water hammer.Studying its working characteristics is crucial to safe operation of the hydraulic system.In this study,the steady flow and dynamic characteristics of a check valve were analyzed by using 3D fluid-structure interaction simulation, in which user defined function and dynamic mesh technique were implemented in software Fluent.The results show that in steady flow condition,different flow velocities corresponds to different valve openings,and flow resistance coefficient increases rapidly when valve opening decreases.During the closing process, the main forces exerted on the valve disc are the hydrodynamic force and spring force.The larger the spring elasticity coefficient is,the lower the boosting water hammer pressure.For different flow decelerations,the directions of hydrodynamic force are obviously different after flow is reversed. Moreover, in order to avoid higher boosting pressure,a lower flow deceleration is recommended.The simulation method and the characteristics obtained in this paper can provide reference for the design and application of the nozzle check valve.
