摘 要:某低品位铜镍矿石含镍0.55%、含铜0.36%,现采出矿石贫化率约为7%。为了进一步降低矿山开采成本,提高经济效益,研究了采用无底柱分段崩落法进行采矿条件下,贫化率升高对选矿技术指标的影响。结果表明,随着矿石贫化率从7%升高到20%,原矿镍、铜品位降低,且在选矿精矿镍、铜品位基本相同的情况下,精矿产率降低1.13个百分点,镍回收率降低0.93个百分点,铜回收率变化不大。同时,矿石贫化率升高,选矿处理相同的原矿镍金属量,选矿处理矿量与选矿成本明显增加,选矿镍金属效益降低。A low grade copper-nickel ore contains 0.55%nickel and 0.36%copper,and the dilution rate of produced ore is a-bout 7%.In order to further reduce mining cost and improve economic benefit,the influence of dilution rate increase on mineral processing technical indexes was studied under the mining condition of pillarless sublevel caving.The result shows that the grade of nickel and copper in raw ore decreases once ore dilution rate increases from 7%to 20%.Furthermore,if the grades of nickel and copper in concentrate are basically same,concentrate productivity decreases 1.13%,nickel recovery decreases by 0.93%while copper recovery does not change too much.Meanwhile,increasing ore dilution rate increases the processing cost and ore processing amount when handling raw ore with same nickel metal amount,so that the processing benefit of metal nickel will descend.
