摘  要:蒸汽高温冷凝水回收,就是对蒸汽冷凝水的热量和水量进行回收再利用,但高温蒸汽冷凝水铁离子超标造成回收困难。本文分析了高温蒸汽冷凝水铁离子超标成因和危害,介绍了国内铁离子处理技术,阐述了金川集团矿山供热系统高温冷凝水作为锅炉除氧器给水的回收实践,取得了显著经济效益和社会效益,达到了节能减排的目的。The recycling of high-temperature steam condensate water means recycling the heat and water in steam condensate water,hut the excessive iron ions in high temperature steam condensate water makes recycling difficult.This article analyzes the cause and hanri ofexcessive iron ions in high-temperature steam condensate water and introduces the treatment technology of iron ion in China.Moreover,this article also expounds Jinchuan Group's recycling practice of using high-temperature steam condensate water as feed water to deaerator in boiler of mine heating system,this practice has obtained significant economic and social benefits and a-chieved the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
