摘　　要：介绍了斜井提升机的工作原理,从设备运行、制造两方面分析了引起钢丝绳松绳的原因,从制动减速度的控制、钢丝绳排绳、钢丝绳防松预警、钢丝绳脱槽防护等角度,探讨钢丝绳松绳防护措施,提出主动预警与主动防护的方案,给同类斜面式钢丝绳牵引装置的钢丝绳防松设计提供了多种思路。The paper discussed the working principle of the hoist in the inclined shaft,and analyzed the causes of the loosening of the wire rope from the operation and manufacture of the hoist.It also discussed the measures for the anti-loosening of the wire rope from the control of braking deceleration,the alignment of the wire rope,early warning of the loosening of the wire rope and protection of the wire rope departing from groove,as well as proposed the proactive early warning and proactive protection measures.It offered a variety of ideas for the anti-loosening design for the wire rope of the similar inclined wire rope traction device.
