摘 要:为了提高某选矿厂磨矿分级的综合效率及可操作性,针对一段磨矿分级磨机利用率不高、分级返砂比及分级效率低,二段磨矿分级能力富余等问题,通过优化一段磨矿介质制度及一段旋流器结构参数来实现一段磨矿分级循环负荷往二段磨矿分级转移,使球磨机的处理能力和利用系数以及水力旋流器的分级质效率等指标都得到了优化,改善了磨矿分级中排矿、返砂和溢流中的粒级分布,降低了一段球磨机的钢耗和电耗,节能降耗效果显著,为后续浮选作业提供了易选粒级的原料。In order to improve the comprehensive efficiency and the operability of grinding classification in a concentrator,in view of the problems such as low utilization ratio of mill,low classified sand returning ratio and low classification efficiency of the first-stage grinding classification,redundant capacity of the second-stage grinding classification,the first-stage grinding medium system and the structural parameters of the first-stage cyclone were optimized to realize the transfer of the circulation load of the first-stage grinding classification toward the second-stage grinding classification,thus the indexes involving the throughput and the utilization coefficient of the ball mill as well as the classification quality efficiency of the cyclone were optimized,the granularity distribution of the discharge,returned sand and overflow during grinding classification was improved,steel and power consumption of the first-stage ball mill reduced,and material easy to classify was provided for subsequent flotation.
