摘　　要：地点:广东省广州市Location:Guangzhou,Guangdong Province复星国际中心位于广州琶洲互联网创新集聚区的核心地块,由一栋高220m的主塔以及一栋高60m的副塔组成。总建筑面积约14万m^(2),包含高端精品办公、金融服务体验中心、国际健康管理中心、精品商业、服务式公寓等功能。2021年竣工后,复星国际中心将成为复星集团布局在大湾区的产业聚集地。Fosun International Center is located at the Pazhou Internet Innovation Cluster in Guangzhou.Consisting of two towers,220 m and 60 m in height,the towers house prime office space,retail,a world-class health and wellness center,and highend serviced apartments.Fosun International Center will become a focal point for Fosun Group companies in the Greater Bay Area once in completion in 2021.The basic urban planning approach for the area is to create dense,efficient,mixed-use spaces that respect the local characteristics.As a response to the proposal in the upper master plan which aims to conserve the“heritage of Lingnan architectural culture”,which is indigenous to the local Guangzhou culture.The design team optioned for an open urban interface along Haizhou Road,ensuring unobstructed central landscape view.Lingnan's traditional cavalcade design elements are reflected in the podium retail,while the continuous ground floor retail interface subtly reinforces the pedestrian city concept with its coherent texture and scale.
