摘　　要：1 概况深圳湾超级总部基地(以下简称"深超总")位于华侨城地区南部,自然景观条件优越,城市门户形象突出,是深圳的核心片区之一(图1)。项目规划用地面积为1.17平方公里,总建筑面积近522万m^(2),城市设计工作开展于2001年,经历了 20年的谋划,城区定位从单一的居住空间到城市生产、生活、生态复合功能空间的引导,未来城区功能将集全球总部聚集区、都会文化高地、国际交流中心、世界级滨海客厅为一体。1.Overview Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base(SBSHB)is located at the south of Overseas Chinese Town,being a core area of Shenzhen with excellent natural scenery and outstanding image as an urban gateway(Fig.1).The project is planned with a land area of 1.17 km^(2) and a total construction area of nearly 5220000 m^(2).The urban design was started in 2001.After 20 years’planning,its positioning has been evolved from pure residential space to a space with combined functions covering urban production,living and ecology.
