摘　　要：项目位于嘉兴市高铁新城现代江南片区,距中心城区5km,位于新城南北中轴,是嘉兴九水连心滨水景观网络最重要的节点之一。规划展示中心设计的核心是建筑为民生,将作为"城市客厅,新城之眼"全时段为民服务,整体理念围绕以下3点展开:1.高公众开放体验,体现在使用方式更灵活、服务人民的城市客厅及广场。Located in Modern Jiangnan Area in High-speed Railway New Town of Jiaxing City,the Planning Exhibition Center is 5 km from downtown area and sits on the north-south axis of the new town,serving as one of the most significant nodes of Jiaxing’s waterfront landscape network featuring Nine Rivers for One Heart.The core of design lies in the improvement of people’s livelihood.Open to the public around the clock,the Planning Exhibition center will play the role of both an urban lounge and eye of the new town.The overall design approaches focus on the following 3 points.1.Highly open to the public,the exhibition center is a flexible and people–centered urban lounge and square.
