摘  要:为研究卷烟纸钾盐对卷烟燃吸过程的影响规律,设计了不同钾离子含量的卷烟纸并统一制成卷烟,测定获得了卷烟纸钾离子含量对卷烟燃吸过程中燃烧状态和动态吸阻的影响规律,分析了卷烟纸的热失重特性,探讨了钾离子对卷烟燃吸过程中燃烧锥温度分布的影响机制以及对主流烟气常规化学成分的影响。结果表明:随卷烟纸钾离子含量的增加,①静燃阶段中卷烟燃烧锥最高温度(T_(max))的最大值和平均静燃速率逐渐增加,抽吸阶段中T_(max)的最大值逐渐减小,而燃烧锥特征温度(T_(0.5))和体积(V)、卷烟平均抽吸速率逐渐增加,燃烧锥高温区的温度分布更均匀;②卷烟动态吸阻值呈上升趋势,且与燃烧锥600℃以上的体积变化趋势一致;③卷烟纸纤维素热解活化能减少,影响卷烟燃烧线附近的进气量,进而影响卷烟燃烧状态;④卷烟主流烟气常规成分释放量下降,抽吸口数与单口燃吸距离负相关。In order to study the effects of potassium salt content in cigarette paper on the smoking process of cigarettes,the cigarette paper samples with different K+contents were designed and made into cigarette samples.The effects of K+content in cigarette paper on the combustion status and dynamic draw resistance of cigarette samples were analyzed.The mechanisms of K+on the temperature distribution in combustion cone during smoking and the routine chemical components in mainstream cigarette smoke were investigated by analyzing the thermogravimetric characteristics of cigarette paper.The results showed that:With the increase of K+content in cigarette paper,1)the maximum of the highest temperature of the combustion cone(Tmax)and the average smoldering rate increased during smoldering stage;the maximum of Tmax gradually decreased and the characteristic temperature(T0.5)and volume(V)of the combustion cone and the average puffing rate of cigarette increased gradually during puffing,and the temperature distribution in the higher temperature zone of the combustion cone was more uniform;2)the dynamic draw resistance of cigarette raised,which was consistent with the variation of the combustion cone volume above 600℃;3)the pyrolysis activation energy of cigarette paper cellulose decreased,which affected the air intake near the combustion line and the combustion status of cigarette;4)the routine chemical components in mainstream cigarette smoke reduced,and the puffing number negatively correlated to the distance of single puffing.
