摘 要:文章建立了双回非全线平行输电线路分布参数模型,考虑到线路参数的非均匀性,提出了双回非全线平行输电线路分布参数精确测量方法。该方法利用拉普拉斯变换完整地推导得到线路的传输矩阵,配合GPS技术在不同测量方式下同步测量线路首末两端的电压和电流,代入该文推导的计算公式可求得高精度的零序参数。与传统方法相比,所提方法所需的测量数据少,且可在双回线路停电状态下或是线路部分带电情况下进行测量。利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对所提方法进行了仿真验证,并与传统方法进行了对比。仿真结果表明:所提方法测量精度高,对线路长度的变化适应性强,且在不同的零序参数初值下具有很好的鲁棒性,可适用于任意电压等级的长距离双回非全线平行线路。This paper establishes a distributed parameter model of double-circuit non-full parallel transmission lines.Considering the non-uniformity of the lines,an accurate measurement method of zero-sequence parameters of double-circuit non-full parallel transmission lines is proposed.This method uses the Laplace transform to completely derive the transmission matrix of the lines.With the GPS technology,the voltages and currents at the both ends of the two lines are measured synchronously under different measurement modes,and are substituted to the calculation formula derived in this paper to obtain the high-precision zero-sequence parameters.Compared with the traditional method,the proposed method requires fewer measurement data,and it can be used under the states that the double-circuit lines are either withdrawn from the normal operation or under the normal operation.The proposed method is validated by simulation and compared with the traditional method with the PSCAD/EMTDC software.The results show that the proposed method has high measurement accuracy,strong adaptability to line length changes,and good robustness under different initial values of zero-sequence parameters.It can be applied to the long-distance double-circuit non-full parallel lines of any voltage level.
