摘  要:城市低压配电网的规模增加、关联紧密、结构复杂、管理交叉、指标提高,保证安全运行的难度上升。限于技术等原因,目前使用的配网自动化系统都没有解决故障后准确定位和网络重构。结合当前技术装备情况,以解决配网故障后准确切除故障点,缩小停电范围、缩短停电时间,恢复受故障影响超范围停电用户的供电为研究目的。针对配电网拓扑结构复杂及分段断路器众多的特点,将面对多约束、多边界及多目标函数,经历多方案研究、比对及验证之后,为此提出了求解混合整数模型的故障点识别、定位算法。推荐的算法由繁入简,以微距差动方法保护整个配网设备,达到快速、准确定位故障点并隔离之,同时生成网络重构方案。其解决了配网继电保护和自动化系统长期存在的难题,并且可助配网进入“0s”切除故障时代。The urban low-voltage distribution networks have the characteristics of increasing scales,tight correlations in between,complex structures,crossed management,and improved indicators,which makes the safe operation of the networks difficult.Due to the restricted technology,the current distribution automation systems are not able to solve the problems of accurate location and network reconstruction after a fault.Combined with the current situation of technology and equipment,the purpose of this paper is to accurately remove the fault point after a fault,narrow the scope and shorten the time of the power outage,and restore the power supply of users who are affected by the fault beyond the scope of power outage.In view of the complex topological structure of the distribution network and the large number of sectional switches,the multiple constraints,multiple boundaries and multi-objective functions are studied.After the investigation,comparison and verification of the multiple schemes,a fault point identification and location algorithm is proposed to solve the mixed integer model.The recommended algorithm solves the problem from complexity to simplicity,and protects the entire distribution network equipment in a micro-differential method in order to achieve the rapid and accurate location,isolate the fault points,and generate the network reconstruction plans.It settles the long-standing problems of distribution network relay protection and automation systems,and helps the distribution network to enter the era of failure removal at"0s".
