摘  要:随着聚驱、三元复合驱等化学驱采油技术不断发展,分层注入井数逐年增多,单层注入量跨度降至10~50 m^(3)/d。针对单层注入量较低的层段,原外壁流线型分压工具较难建立有效节流压差,无法精确控制层段注入量的问题,利用CAXA建立外壁流线型分压工具的物理模型,通过Fluent流体分析软件,对不同结构参数的外壁流线型分压工具的压力场、速度场、黏度场进行流固耦合有限元模拟仿真分析,结合综合平衡分析法,优选外壁流线型分压工具与外筒间距0.5 mm、前槽角45°、后槽角65°时效果最佳,在单层注入量10 m^(3)/d时,节流压差由0.2 MPa提高到3.19 MPa,聚合物溶液黏损率小于7%。现场试验显示该分注工具可有效提高中低渗透层动用程度,改善单层注入效果,提高现场经济效益。With the continuous development of polymer flooding,asp flooding and other chemical flooding technology,the number of layered injection Wells is increasing year by year,and the span of single-layer injection volume is reduced to 10~50 m^(3)/d.In this paper,for a single layer of injection amount,the original outer wall flow line-type partial pressure tool is difficult to establish a valid throttle pressure,and the problem of accurately controlling the injection amount of the impedance,using CAXA to establish external wall streamline type voltage dividing tools The physical model,through the Fluent fluid analysis software,the pressure-solid coupling finite element simulation analysis of the outer wall flow line-type partial pressure tool of different structural parameters,combined with comprehensive balance analysis,preferably external wall-type partial pressure The tool is 0.5 mm from the outer cylinder,the front slot angle is 45°,the effect is best in the back groove angle 65°,and when the single layer injection amount is 10 m^(3)/d,the throttle pressure is increased from 0.2 MPa to 3.19 MPa,and the polymer solution is good,the loss rate is less than 7%to meet the injection requirements of the lower level of single-layer injection.
