摘 要:目前油田对注水系统的腐蚀监测主要采用人工挂片方式,监测周期长,不能实时反应腐蚀变化。通过电阻变化、电化学等方法发展起来腐蚀率在线监测技术已日臻成熟。华北油田2019年首次在油田注水系统实施了腐蚀率在线监测,经过2年的运行,该技术能提供准确及时的腐蚀率数据,辅以数据提取、分析技术,将腐蚀率监测和加药工作联动,实现精准加药,达到了控制腐蚀速率和减少药剂用量的双重目的。At present,the corrosion monitoring of water injection system in oil field mainly adopts manual hanging method.The monitoring period is long,and the corrosion change cannot be reflected through the resistivity change in real time.The corrosion rate monitoring technology developed by means of resistance change and electrochemistry is becoming more and more mature.The technology of online corrosion rate monitoring was implemented for the first time in Huabei Oilfield water injection system in 2019.After two years of operation,accurate and timely corrosion rate data can be provided through the technology,supplemented by data extraction Analytical technology,the corrosion rate monitoring and dosing work linkage,we can control the corrosion rate of injection water,and reduce the agent also.
