精准“三条线”管理 降低油田生产耗气

摘　　要：针对油田产量递减,综合含水不断上升,生产规模不断扩大,油田耗气指标逐年升高的问题,细化完善了节气工作的“三条线”管理,即“掺产比线、吨液耗气线、生产气油比线”,旨在降低油田生产耗气。强化过程管控,通过“一环一策”降集输温度,“一站一策”降掺产比,“一线一策”降回油压力,“一井一策”提生产气油比,“一炉一策”提炉效的措施,与2017年相比,吨液耗气从17.14m^(3)下降到12.41m^(3),总耗气量减少1421×10^(4)m^(3),多回收伴生气1619×10^(4)m^(3),少用外购气2887×10^(4)m^(3),实现总耗气量负增长,管理经验及做法具有较高推广前景。In view of the problems of decreasing oil production,increasing water cut,expanding production scale and increasing oil consumption index year by year,the management of"three lines"of solar term work is refined and improved,namely"mixing production ratio line,gas consumption per ton liquid line and gas oil production ratio line",aiming at reducing oil production and gas consumption.Strengthen process control,through"one link and one strategy"to reduce gathering and transportation temperature,"one station and one strategy"to reduce mixing and production ratio,"one line and one strategy"to reduce oil pressure,"one well and one strategy"to improve production gas-oil ratio,"one furnace and one strategy"to improve furnace efficiency,compared with 2017,the gas consumption per ton of liquid decreased from 17.14m^(3) to 12.41m^(3).The total gas consumption was reduced by 1421×10^(4)m^(3),associated gas was recovered more than 1619×10^(4)m^(3),and purchased gas was used less than 2887×10^(4)m^(3),so as to realize the negative growth of total gas consumption.The management experience and practices have high prospects for promotion.
