摘 要:随着开发时间延长,机采井数逐年增加,同时设备老化严重,井深、油稠、产量低,高耗能产量比例大,机采系统能耗呈刚性增长,机采能耗占总能耗的47%以上既为能耗大户。牢固树立“节约能源就是增加收入”的思想,深入开展节能大调查,找准节能潜力。在机采节能管理上综合考虑生产、技术、管理等因素,统筹规划、全面布局,细化节能措施,深化能耗节点管理,依靠科技创新,加快节能技术改造步伐,积极探索节能新途径,建立了以“提、管、优、清、间、捞、高、换”为主要特征的“八字机采立体节能”基础管理措施,把控制机采能耗问题落到实处。With the extension of development time,the number of machine-mining Wells increases year by year,while the aging of equipment is serious,well depth,thick oil,low output,high energy consumption proportion of production,machine-mining system energy consumption is rigid growth,machine-mining energy consumption accounts for more than 47%of the total energy consumption,both as energy consumption.We should firmly adopt the idea that"saving energy means increasing income",carry out extensive investigations into energy conservation,and identify potential for energy conservation.In terms of energy conservation management of machine production,technology,management and other factors,make overall planning and overall layout,refine energy conservation measures,deepen the management of energy consumption nodes,rely on scientific and technological innovation,speed up the pace of energy conservation technology transformation,and actively explore new ways of energy conservation.The basic management measures of"three dimensional energy saving of eight type machine mining"with the main features of"improve the pump efficiency,lean management,optimize the power distribution,personality paraffin,batch production,bailing production,efficient lifting and replace the equipment"are established to control the energy consumption of machine mining.
