摘 要:针对700℃四角切圆锅炉炉膛出口存在的热偏差问题,利用FLUENT软件对锅炉进行三维模拟,探究四角切圆锅炉的炉膛出口截面烟温偏差成因及机理,并通过改变燃尽风(OFA)反切角度和燃尽风的风门开度,研究其对炉膛出口烟气速度与烟气温度偏差的影响。结果表明:炉膛出口烟温偏差主要是由于炉膛内存在的旋转残余造成的;合理的燃尽风反切角度能够降低炉膛出口烟气速度和烟气温度偏差,当燃尽风反切角度为30°时,炉膛出口烟温偏差降低89.14 K;同时在燃尽风反切基础上改变燃尽风的风门开度,能够十分有效地削弱炉膛出口烟温偏差,增大1号角燃尽风风门开度能最大程度降低炉膛出口烟温偏差,降低后炉膛出口烟温偏差为35.07 K。In view of the thermal deviation at the furnace outlet of 700℃tangentially fired boiler,this paper us-es FLUENT software to simulate the boiler in three dimensions,explores the causes and mechanism of flue gas temperature deviation at the furnace outlet section of tangentially fired boiler,and studies its influence on flue gas velocity and flue gas temperature deviation at the furnace outlet by changing the antitangential angle of OFA and the opening of OFA damper.The results show that the flue gas temperature deviation at the furnace outlet is mainly caused by the rotating residue in the furnace;Furthermore,the deviation of flue gas veloc-ity and flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet can be reduced by a reasonable anti-cutting angle of overfire air,and the deviation of flue gas temperature at the furnace outlet can be reduced by 89.14 K when the cutting angle of burnt-out air is 30 degree.At the same time,the flue gas temperature deviation at furnace outlet can be effectively weakened by changing the opening of flue gas damper on the basis of reverse cutting angle of flue gas.Increasing the opening of flue gas damper at No.1 corner can minimize the flue gas temperature deviation at furnace outlet,and the flue gas temperature deviation at furnace outlet is 35.07 K after reduction.
