摘 要:为了提高企业效益,针对铜加工企业的特性,在设计工厂电气系统时采用大面积自然采光建筑和公共直流母线技术。系统运行中实施削峰填谷,优化功率因数,淘汰落后电机和照明器件。采用红外线摄像仪对发热元器件过热隐患进行检测、对过热器件进行整改。依靠技术进步和相关政策,可以取得可观的节能效益。In order to improve the efficiency of enterprises,according to the characteristics of copper pro-cessing enterprises,the large-area natural lighting and public DC bus technology are adopted in the elec-trical power system design.The peak shaving and valley filling are implemented during operation,power factor is optimized,and backward motors and lighting devices should be eliminated.Infrared camera is used to monitor hidden dangers due to the overheated devices of heating components.Relying on tech-nological progress and strong policies,the considerable energy-saving benefits could be achieved.
