摘  要:在钢铁企业推进智能制造的背景下,对连铸浊环水系统采用信息化、自动化、智能化实现浊环水的按需供水,并采用高效水泵、云管理等实现工艺、设备、管理的综合节能,在提高工业循环水系统的整体能效上取得了明显的节能效益。Under the background of promoting intelligent manufacturing in iron and steel enterprises,for the continuous casting turbid circulating water system,informatization,automation and intelligence are adopted to realize the on-demand water supply of turbid circulating water,comprehensive energy conservation of process,equipment and management is realized by using high-efficiency water pump and cloud management,which has achieved obvious energy-saving benefits in improving the overall energy efficiency of industrial circulating water system.
