中药熏洗联合远红外线治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究马拉色菌毛囊炎患者应用中药熏洗联合远红外线治疗的临床疗效。方法选取新乡市中心医院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的78例拉色菌毛囊炎患者,按照随机数字表分为联用组(n=39,中药熏洗联合远红外线治疗)和常规组(n=39,远红外线治疗)。比较两组患者治疗4周后临床疗效、治疗前及治疗4周后的血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率(37/39,94.87%)高于对照组(31/39,79.48%),P<0.05;治疗4周后观察组IgG、IgM及CRP水平(8.21±1.06)g/L、(2.86±0.37)g/L、(5.52±0.98)mg/mL均低于对照组(10.69±2.13)g/L、(3.15±0.62)g/L、(7.29±1.06)mg/mL(P<0.05);观察组总体不良反应发生率(3/39,7.69%)明显低于对照组(10/39,25.64%),P<0.05。结论中药熏洗联合远红外线治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效更佳,可改善机体免疫及炎症反应,避免不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with far infrared ray in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis.Methods 78 patients with Malassezia folliculitis treated in Xinxiang Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into combined group(n=39,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with far infrared ray treatment)and routine group(n=39,far infrared ray treatment)with the random number table method.The clinical effect after 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),C-reactive protein(CRP)and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(37/39,94.87%)was higher than that of the control group(31/39,79.48%)(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of IgG,IgM and CRP in the observation group[(8.21±1.06)g/L,(2.86±0.37)g/L,(5.52±0.98)mg/mL]were lower than those in the control group[(10.69±2.13)g/L,(3.15±0.62)g/L,(7.29±1.06)mg/mL](P<0.05);The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(3/39,7.69%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(10/39,25.64%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with far infrared ray is more effective in the treatment of Malassezia folliculitis,which can improve the body's immune and inflammatory reaction and avoid adverse reactions.
