摘 要:随着海图资料成为涉海行业海洋空间信息的主要来源,构建高效的海图检索服务系统,解决全球多源海图资料检索难题,已经成为行业的共同需求。总结信息化时代背景下海图检索服务的需求特征,提出多源异构数据整合方法,解决数据组织、全球多源数据源探查、数据检索方式和更新方式等4个方面的关键技术,基于元数据管理的思想建立了海图检索系统原型。该系统可作为全球海上交通地理空间信息服务平台的先导,应用于全球航海环境应急。With nautical chart data becoming the main source of marine spatial information for marine industries, it has become the common demand of the industry to build an efficient chart retrieval service system to solve the problem of global multi-source chart data sharing and retrieval.This paper summarizes the demand characteristics of chart retrieval service under the background of information and communications age, and then puts forward four key technologies: multi-source heterogeneous data integration method and organization, source exploration of global nautical chart data, data retrieval method and update method based on chart catalog.As a result, a prototype of chart retrieval system based on the idea of metadata management is established, which can be used as the forerunner of the Global Maritime Traffic Geospatial Information Service Platform, and can also be applied in global marine environment emergency application.
