《内外储说》中韩非“法术势”理论体系建构

摘　　要：“法术势”是韩非思想的核心。如何理解这一理论体系的内部关系成为研究韩非思想的关键。《韩非子·内外储说》作为重要文本,一方面为解读“法术势”三者的不同运用领域提供“君之内外”的建构视角;另一方面,对比“法术”的工具性地位,突出了“势”的根本性地位,构成具有创造性的“抱法御术以处势”的目的关系。由此,为韩非“法术势”理论体系的研究提供全新的哲学研究进路。“Fa Shu Shi”is the core of Han Fei‟s thought,how to understand the internal relationship of this theoretical system becomes the key research Han Fei‟s thought.As an important text,Han Feizi·Neiwaichushuo,on the one hand,provides a construction perspective of“inside and outside of the emperor”for interpreting the different application fields of“Fa Shu Shi”;On the other hand,compared with the instrumental status of“Fa”and“Shu”,it highlights the fundamental status of“Shi”and constitutes a creative purpose relationship of“combining„Fa‟and„Shu‟to consolidate„Shi‟”.Therefore,it provides a new philosophical approach for the research of Han Fei‟s theoretical system of“Fa Shu Shi”.
