摘  要:风冷金属双极板质子交换膜燃料电池因其结构简单,响应快等特点,广泛应用在便携式电源上,冷启动是制约风冷金属双极板燃料电池商业发展的一个重要影响因素。提出了一种在风冷金属双极板燃料电池阴极流道铺设电阻丝预热冷启动方案。结果表明:通过电阻丝加热,电池在3 min之内从-40℃升温至冰点以上。采用交叉布置方式的电热丝热量利用效率高,加密单层电热丝铺设数量以及加密端板附近的电热丝铺设层数均对电堆整体温升均匀性有重要意义。Air-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cells with metal bipolar plate are widely used in portable power supply due to their simple structure and quick response.Cold start is an important factor that restricts the commercial development of air-cooled fuel cell with metal bipolar plate.In this paper,a scheme of preheating and cold start by laying resistance wire in the cathode channel of air-cooled metal plate fuel cell was presented.The results show that the temperature of PEMFC rises from-40℃to above freezing point within 3 minutes in this way.The electric heating wire with cross arrangement can get high heat utilization efficiency.The overall temperature distribution uniformity of the electric reactor can be improved by increasing the number of the heating wires laying on the same layer and the number of heating wires laying layers near the end plate.
