摘  要:在新能源发电系统中,由于单体光伏电池产生的电压较低,需要采用高增益变换器以得到较高的直流母线电压。提出了一种基于开关电容的双开关高增益变换器,能够在较小的占空比下得到所需的电压增益。该变换器通过利用开关电容进一步提升电压增益的同时,可进一步降低开关管的电压应力,通过将两个电感的一侧并联接入输入端,可进一步减小电感电流,对提升功率密度有利。详细分析了该变换器的工作机理以及参数设计方法,通过Matlab/Simulink对上述理论分析进行了仿真验证,并给出了实验验证结果。仿真和实验结果表明,该变换器具有高增益变换、低电感电流,能够满足新能源发电高增益的需求,与理论分析一致。In the new energy generation system,because of the low voltage produced by single photovoltaic,it is necessary to adopt high gain converter to get high DC bus voltage.A dual-switch high-gain converter based on switched capacitor was proposed,which could obtain the desired voltage gain at a small duty cycle.The converter could further reduce the voltage stress of the switch tube while further increasing the voltage gain by using the switch capacitor,and further reduce the inductance current by connecting one side of the two inductors to the input side in parallel,it’s good for power density.The working mechanism and parameter design method of the converter were analyzed in detail.The theoretical analysis was verified by Matlab/Simulink,and the experimental results were given.The Simulation and experimental results show that the converter has high gain conversion and low inductance current,and can meet the high gain demand of new energy generation,which is consistent with theoretical analysis.
