摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平在不同场合反复强调要跳出“历史周期率”,并创造性地提出了以党的自我革命破解“历史周期率”的重大课题,极大地丰富和发展了马克思主义党建理论宝库。与此同时,以习近平同志为核心的党中央在实践中以强烈的历史责任感和坚如磐石的勇气定力,坚持问题导向,精准查找和解决问题,攻坚克难,不断推动全面从严治党向纵深发展,探索出了一条在长期执政条件下解决自身问题、跳出“历史周期率”的成功道路。以党的自我革命破解“历史周期率”不仅是一个重大的理论命题,更是一个重大的实践课题。因此,必须保持和发扬自我革命精神,克服精神懈怠危险;提高和增强自我革命能力,防范化解重大风险挑战;健全和完善自我革命体制机制,确保党长期执政、长期执好政;锤炼和锻造自我革命的骨干队伍,确保领导权始终掌握在马克思主义者手里。Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to break out of“historical periodicity”on various occasions since the 18th CPC National Congress.He creatively puts forward the major topic on jumping out of the“historical periodicity”by CPC's self-revolution,which greatly enriches and develops the Marxist theory of party building.At the same time,the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the center with strong historical sense of responsibility and rock-solid determination of courage,sticks to problem orientation,finds and solves the problems accurately,overcomes difficulty,constantly promotes the further development of strictly administering the party,explores a successful way of jumping out of the“historical periodicity”in a long-term governing condition.Jumping out of the“historical periodicity”by self-revolution is not only a great theoretical proposition but also a great practical subject.Therefore,we must maintain and carry forward the spirit of self-revolution and overcome the danger of mental slack.We must improve and enhance the ability of self-revolution,and prevent and resolve major risks and challenges.We must improve and perfect the system and mechanism of self-revolution,ensure the Party s long-term good governance.We must temper and forge the backbone of the self-revolution,and ensure that the leadership is always in the hands of Marxists.
