摘  要:随着高温气冷堆核电站的成熟,目前燃料元件用天然鳞片石墨粉体的供应将不能满足未来的需求。本文以产自内蒙古自治区的天然鳞片石墨为原料,使用一次粉碎和二次粉碎两种工艺对高温提纯后的石墨原料进行了粉碎和分级。两种粉碎工艺均获得了符合技术要求的天然鳞片石墨粉,其中一次粉碎工艺的产品总回收率达85.5%,二次粉碎工艺的产品总回收率约59.85%,并探讨了一次粉碎与二次粉碎所得石墨粉末性质的差异及其产生原因。本研究为高温气冷堆燃料元件用天然鳞片石墨粉体粉碎工艺的优化提供了参考。With the successful demonstration of high-temperature gas-cooled nuclear power plants,the current supply of natural flake graphite powder for fuel elements will not be able to meet future demand.In this paper,natural flake graphite produced in the Inner Mongolia is used as the raw material,and the high-temperature purified flake graphite are pulverized by using two processes:primary pulverization and secondary pulverization.Both pulverization processes have generated natural flake graphite powder that meets the technical requirements.The total yield of the primary pulverization process was up to 85.5%,and the total yield of the secondary pulverization process decreased to 59.85%.The difference in the properties of the powder obtained from the primary pulverization and the secondary pulverization are discussed.This study provides a rule of the optimization of natural graphite pulverizing process in the manufacture of fuel elements.
