摘 要:针对汽车安全领域关注的碰撞相容性问题,阐述了碰撞相容性概念并介绍了MPDB碰撞测试情况。以某SUV乘用车有限元模型为基础,采用DOE试验设计方法系统分析了整备质量、前端刚度、前端结构布置对于该车型碰撞相容性指标的影响规律及灵敏度。结果表明:车辆前端结构交互性对车辆SD、OLC等相容性指标影响明显,影响因子占比较大;质量减轻、刚度减小可以有效减小OLC值,但对SD影响较小。最后依据分析结论,对该车型前端结构布置进行优化改进,提升了该车型的碰撞相容性得分。In view of the problem of collision compatibility which is concerned in the field of automobile safety.The concept of compatibility and the MPDB test were introduced.Based on the finite element model of an SUV passenger vehicle,the influence law and sensitivity of the weight,front stiffness and front structure layout on the collision compatibility index of the vehicle were systematically analyzed by using DOE experimental design method.The results show that the interaction of vehicle front-end structure layout has a significant influence on the compatibility indexes SD and OLC,and the influence factors are relatively large.The reduction of mass and stiffness can effectively reduce the OLC value,but has little effect on SD.Finally,according to the analysis conclusions,the front-end structure layout of the vehicle was optimized,and the collision compatibility score of the vehicle was improved.
