摘 要:基于多款MPV滑移门的开发经验,总结分析关门力影响因素,发现密封和缓冲块反力是影响关门力的关键因素之一,继而探讨了密封系统和缓冲块阻力的理论计算方法,并通过实车测量对该理论方法进行了验证。基于该理论计算方法定量分析了密封条和缓冲块对滑移门的关门力影响,提出了改善关门力的密封条、缓冲块以及间隙控制的优化方案,进而提升开发效率。Based on the development experience of several MPV sliding doors,the influencing factors of closing force were summarized and analyzed.It is found that weather-strips and bumper are one of the main factors affecting closing effort.The theoretical calculation method of sealing system and bumper resistance was discussed,and the theoretical calculation method was verified by actual measurement.And an optimized design of weather-strips,bumper and margin was proposed,so as to improve the development efficiency.
