摘　　要：通过对围绕何镜堂"两观三性"建筑理论的"他说"文本进行回溯和梳理,总结出该理论的三个主要认识视角:岭南传承的理论渊源,整体逻辑的理论特征,中国思想的理论定位。"他说"扩大了"两观三性"理论的影响,推动了该理论研究的发展。借由"他说","两观三性"建筑理论成为激发思想的触媒,为建筑理论发展提供了更多的可能性。Over the years,Mr.He Jingtang has explained the"Two Perspectives and Three Properties"architectural theory in articles,lectures,and exhibitions;this can be regarded as a"self-statement"study.The theory has been widely discussed by others,forming a theoretical study called"other’s discussion".The"other’s discussion"texts were reviewed and organized,hoping to systematize the study of"Two Perspectives and Three Properties"architectural theory and also explore future study directions.This paper summarizes three main cognitive perspectives of the"other’s discussion"study:the theoretical origin of Lingnan inheritance,the theoretical characteristics of the overall logic,and the theoretical orientation of Chinese thought.Firstly,the"Two Perspectives and Three Properties"architectural theory is returned to being discussed with a specific historical space-time understanding,focusing on the connection between the theory and the available historical clues and social background of the Lingnan architecture."Subtropical Regional Modernism","Modern Lingnan"and"Lingnan Architecture School of Thought"offer a summary of Lingnan regional spirit.Indeed,Mr.He Jingtang has always believed that the Lingnan spirit is an important source and driving force of the"Two Perspectives and Three Properties"theory."Other’s discussion"from the perspective of Lingnan’s inheritance is interpreted within different contexts,such as the historical context,origin of learning,development of the Lingnan architectural school,and inheritance and innovation,which reveals the inheritance of such thought more explicitly and deepens the cognitive understanding of the"Two Perspectives and Three Properties"architectural theory.Secondly,following attempts by Li Wei,Tang Xiaoxiang,and Mao Yalong et al.to find the connection between the"Two Perspectives and Three Properties"architectural theory through philosophy and theoretical models,the overall characteristics of the logical structure of the theory are explained.Connections through"structuralism"theory,
