摘  要:为了满足旋转流变仪测控系统的精度要求,选用绝对式圆光栅作为位置传感器并通过BiSSC协议实现数据读取,但BiSS Master官方解码芯片灵活性及拓展性较差,因此设计了基于CompactRIO的BiSS-C协议通讯解码方案。针对该协议的通信传输方式及光栅解码要求,采用状态机设计了通讯解码模块,并利用示波器完成了时序验证。最后,完成了与BiSS Master解码芯片的对比分析。结果表明,基于CompactRIO的BiSS-C协议通讯设计具备良好的拓展性,其准确性及可靠性完全满足测控系统要求。In order to meet the requirement of the rotational rheometer measurement and control system,this article used the absolute radial grating as the sensor,which can realize the data reading through BiSS-C protocol.Due to the disadvantages of flex⁃ibility and expansibility in BiSS Master official decoding chip,a BiSS-C protocol decoding method was proposed based on Com⁃pactRIO.According to the communication transmission mode and grating decoding requirements of the protocol,a communication and decoding module was designed through the state machine,and its time sequence was verified by oscilloscope.Lastly,a com⁃parison between our method and the BiSS Master decoding chip was carried out.Experimental results indicate that the communica⁃tion design of BISS-C protocol based on CompactRIO has good extensibility,its accuracy and reliability can satisfy the require⁃ments of the measurement and control system.
