摘 要:为解决长带状隧道工程施工地形复杂、工程计量效率低、多专业设计协调难、施工周期长等重难点问题,提出了一套基于BIM技术的施工设计及管理方法。在建立高精度BIM模型的基础上,通过BIM+GIS全真环境复现、工程量自动计量、三维碰撞设计协调、工程进度模拟预警等技术对大型隧道工程数字化建设与精细化管理进行了深入研究与应用,有效保障了工程建设效率与安全,提升了施工管理精细化水平。In order to solve the complex construction terrain,low engineering measurement efficiency,difficult multi-professional design coordination,long construction period and other difficult problems of long strip tunnel engineering,a set of construction design and management methods based on BIM technology are proposed.Based on the establishment of a high-precision BIM model,in-depth research and application of digital construction and fine management of large tunnel engineering are carried out through technologies such as BIM+GIS full-real environment reproduction,automatic measurement of engineering quantities,three-dimensional collision design coordination,and engineering progress simulation early warning,which effectively guarantees the efficiency and safety of project construction,and improves the level of refinement of construction management.
