摘　　要：根据《福建省绿色建筑评价标准》,对福州2010至2020年开工的6个居住建筑项目进行绿色建筑水平评价。结果表明,装配式建筑的引入对项目在节能与能源利用、节材与材料资源利用、室内环境质量、施工管理四方面的表现有较大的提升作用。According to the Green Building Evaluation Standard of Fujian Province,this paper evaluates the green building level of six residential building projects in Fuzhou from 2010 to 2020.The results show that the introduction of prefabricated building can greatly improve the performance of the project in four aspects:energy saving and energy utilization,material saving and material resource utilization,indoor environmental quality and construction management.
