摘　　要：目的:系统评价康复护理对冠状动脉旁路移植术后病人的心肺康复效果的影响。方法:检索中外文数据库近10年关于冠状动脉旁路移植术后心脏康复相关研究文献,由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入19项随机对照试验,Meta分析结果显示,试验组6 min步行试验距离(6MWT)[MD=60.34,95%CI(28.05,92.63),P=0.0003]、左室射血分数(LVEF)[MD=2.76,95%CI(1.51,4.01),P<0.0001]、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)[MD=-1.37,95%CI(-1.99,-0.75),P<0.0001]、生活质量[MD=10.36,95%CI(4.21,16.52),P=0.001]优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:现有证据表明,心脏康复护理能有效改善冠状动脉旁路移植术后病人的6MWT、LVEF、LVEDD指标,提高病人生活质量。Objective:To systematically evaluate the effect of rehabilitation nursing on cardiopulmonary rehabilitation after coronary artery bypass grafting.Methods:Literature on cardiac rehabilitation after coronary artery bypass grafting in recent 10 years was searched from Chinese and foreign databases.After literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation by two researchers independently,RevMan 5.3 was used for Meta-analysis.Results:19 randomized controlled trials were finally included.Meta-analysis results showed that 6MWT[MD=60.34,95%CI(28.05,92.63),P=0.0003],LVEF[MD=2.76,95%CI(1.51,4.01),P<0.0001],LVEDD[MD=-1.37,95%CI(-1.99,-0.75),P<0.0001],quality of life[MD=10.36,95%CI(4.21,16.52),P=0.001]in experimental group were better than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that cardiac rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the indexes of 6MWT,LVEF and LVEDD and improve the quality of life of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting.
