高血压远程管理质性研究的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:汇总、解释、综合和评价高血压远程管理质性研究的系统评价。方法:遵循PRISMA指南和清单,搜索PubMed、Web of Science、the Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库进行结构化和全面搜索相关高血压远程管理的质性研究,检索时间为从建库到2021年3月1日。筛选资料后根据澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心(2016年)定性研究的评价工具进行质量评价和通过定性分析法提炼新的主题。结果:共纳入15篇文献,其中中文3篇,英文12篇。共提炼出63个研究结果,形成了29个类别,最终整合成病人障碍、医务人员障碍、设备或网络障碍、管理障碍、提高管理策略5个结果。结论:高血压远程管理的问题是复杂的,需要促进利益相关者(病人、家属、医务人员等)积极参与,共同提高病人的血压管理。Objective:To summarize,interpret,synthesizte and evaluate the qualitative research on hypertension telemanagement.Methods:Following PRISMA guidelines and checklists,a structured and comprehensive search of qualitative studies on hypertension telemanagement were performed from PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang Database,CBM,and VIP.The retrieval time was from inception to March 1,2021.After screening the data,quality evaluation was conducted according to the evaluation tools of qualitative research of JBI Evidence-Based Health Care Center in Australia(2016),and new topics were extracted through qualitative analysis.Results:A total of 15 articles included,involving 3 Chinese articles and 12 English articles.A total of 63 research results were extracted,forming 29 categories,and finally integrated into 5 results:patient barriers,medical staff barriers,equipment or network barriers,management barriers and improving management strategies.Conclusion:The problem of hypertension telemanagement is complex.It is necessary to promote the active participation of stakeholders(patients,family members,medical personnel,etc.)to jointly improve the blood pressure management of patients.
