摘　　要：某三代核电厂在首堆安全管理上积极探索和创新,在充分吸取国内外同行良好实践的基础上,摸索出一套适合自身建设的安全管理模式。本文分别从核安全管理、经验反馈管理、国际同行评估及工业安全管理方面的创新与实践进行总结,重点阐述土建施工、安装、调试及启动期间的安全管理模式和方法,以及相关实践在首堆建设过程中所取得的成效。实践证明,该核电厂的安全管理模式能够适应首堆建设复杂而艰巨的形势要求。A third generation nuclear power plant is actively exploring and innovating in safety management.On the basis of fully absorbing the good practice of domestic and foreign peers,a set of safety management mode suitable for its own construction is explored.This article summarizes the innovation and practice of nuclear safety management,experience feedback management,international peer review and industrial safety management,focusing on the safety management mode and method during civil construction,installation,commissioning and start-up,as well as the effect of relevant practice in the construction process of the first reactor.Practice has proved that the safety management mode of this nuclear power plant can adapt to the complex and arduous situation of the first reactor construction.
