摘　　要：转轮是水轮发电机组的重要部件,其有无裂纹、裂纹数量、是否及时消除,对水轮发电机组安全稳定运行起到十分重要的作用。通过对彭水水电站历年来各机组转轮裂纹的产生原因及处理过程的总结,以期起到指导生产、优化运行方式的作用。Runner is an important component of hydro-generator set.Whether it has cracks,the number of cracks,and whether it is eliminated in time,play a very important role in the safe and stable operation of the hydro-generator set.Through the summary of the causes and treatment process of the runner cracks of each unit in the Pengshui Hydropower Station over the years,it is expected to play a role in guiding production and optimizing the operation mode.
