摘 要:某500 kV开闭站近几年来串补保护的核心部件——安装于高压绝缘平台上的间隙触发控制箱和平台测量箱内的板卡损坏相对频繁,而此类平台上弱电设备的缺陷处理需将串补装置转检修状态,造成一次设备非计划退出运行,对电网运行产生极其不利的影响。从串补保护设备缺陷情况统计入手,通过对间隙触发控制箱和平台测量箱内反复出现的缺陷进行了原因分析,进而对第一代国产串补保护核心部件的薄弱环节提出了优化措施,为后期国产化串补保护改造在功能设计、性能优化、生产制造等方面的工作奠定了坚实的技术基础。研究成果的工程应用将全面提高串补装置可靠性和可用率,为地区电网的安全稳定运行提供有效的技术保障。In recent years,the core components of series compensation protection-the gap trigger control box installed on the high-voltage insulation platform and the board in the platform measurement box in a 500 kV switching station are damaged relatively frequently.For the defect treatment of weak current equipment on such platforms,the series compensation device needs to be transferred to the maintenance state,resulting in the unplanned shutdown of primary equipment,which has an extremely adverse impact on the operation of power grid.Starting with the defect statistics of series compensation protection equipment,the causes of repeated defects in gap trigger control box and platform measurement box are analyzed.Furthermore,optimization measures are proposed for the weak links of the core components of the first generation domestic series compensation protection,which lays a solid technical foundation for the later domestic series compensation protection transformation in function design,performance optimization,production and manufacturing.The engineering application of the research results will comprehensively improve the reliability and availability of series compensation device and provide effective technical guarantee for the safe and stable operation of regional power grid.
