摘 要:六氟化硫设备中的含水量检测对电网的安全运行至关重要。为了实现对六氟化硫气体中含水量的快速无损检测,利用太赫兹时域光谱技术对不同含水量的六氟化硫气体进行实验测量,获得了不同含水量六氟化硫气体的吸收系数和折射率,研究了六氟化硫气体中的水分对太赫兹波的吸收作用。实验结果表明,六氟化硫气体的吸收系数和折射率都随着水含量的增加而增大。根据不同水分含量六氟化硫气体的吸收系数反向推测出含水量,实现对六氟化硫气体的含水量检测。研究六氟化硫气体中含水量的太赫兹吸收光谱特性,对于快速、准确检测高压电器设备中六氟化硫气体的含水量及排除安全隐患具有重要意义。The detection of water content in sulfur hexafluoride equipment is critical to the safe operation of the power grid.In order to achieve rapid and non-destructive detection of moisture content in sulfur hexafluoride gas,the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy is measure sulfur hexafluoride gas with different water content.The absorption coefficient and refractive index of sulfur hexafluoride gas with different water content were obtained,and the absorption of terahertz wave by water in sulfur hexafluoride gas was studied.The experimental results show that the absorption coefficient and refractive index of sulfur hexafluoride gas increase with the increase of water content.Therefore,the water content can be inferred according to the absorption coefficient of sulfur hexafluoride gas with different water content,and the water content detection of sulfur hexafluoride gas can be realized.Studying the terahertz absorption spectrum characteristics of the water content of sulfur hexafluoride gas is of great significance for the rapid and accurate detection of the water content of sulfur hexafluoride gas in high-voltage electrical equipment and the elimination of potential safety hazards.
