摘 要:随着住建厅不断地对BIM技术进行推广,如何应用好BIM成为了各大企业难题.通过对西部某高校新建体育馆的研究,分析了该项目在施工阶段对场地布置、吊装模拟、管道碰撞、净高分析、细部节点深化设计方面的BIM技术应用效果,探究了revit文件格式导入ANSYS软件的兼容性.通过利用BIM模型的可视化、可协调优势,有效减少了该项目图纸错误导致的返工,深化了细部构件的力学性能设计,总体达到了工程降本增效的工程目标,同时也为今后的同类工程提供参考.With the continuous promotion of BIM technology by the Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development,the well application of the BIM technology has become an urgent issue for enterprises.Based on the study of a new gymnasium in a university in the west,the paper analyzes the application effect of BIM technology in site layout,hoisting simulation,pipeline collision,height analysis and detail node design in the construction stage,and explores the compatibility of Revit file format into ANSYS software.By using the visualization and coordination advantages of BIM model,the rework caused by drawing errors is effectively reduced,and the mechanical performance design of detail components is deepened,and the engineering goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency is achieved,which also provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
