摘 要:为了优化外生菌根性食用菌红汁乳菇的培养基配方,以11个红汁乳菇菌株为试验材料,对公开报道的27种培养基进行筛选试验。以红汁乳菇菌丝生长速度、生长势和生物量作为评价因子,从中优选出最适合红汁乳菇菌丝生长的固体和液体培养基。结果表明:红汁乳菇菌丝在PDA固体培养基上的生长速度最快,达到3.05 mm·d^(-1);菌丝生长势最好,评分为5级;PDA固体培养基是所有供试培养基中表现最佳的。在所有供试液体培养基中,BAF培养基上的菌丝生物量最大,达到2.57 g·L^(-1)。红汁乳菇JH5号菌株对所有供试培养基均表现出良好的营养适应性,是1个优良菌株。上述结果对红汁乳菇菌根苗生产中提高菌种制备效率有较大借鉴意义。In order to optimize the medium formula of ectomycorrhizal edible fungus Lactarius lividatus,11 strains of L.lividatus were used as experimental materials,and the 27 medium formulations reported in the public were selected for validation test.The mycelium growth rate,growth vigor and biomass of L.lividatus were used as evaluation factors,the optimal solid and liquid medium suitable for the mycelium growth of L.lividatus were selected.The results showed that the mycelium growth rate was the fastest on PDA solid media,reaching 3.05 mm·d^(-1);The mycelium growth vigor was the highest,with a score of grade 5.The PDA solid media was the best among all the tested solid medium.Among all tested liquid medium,the mycelium biomass on BAF was the largest,reaching 2.57g·L^(-1).JH5 strain of L.lividatus showed a good nutritional adaptability on all the tested medium,and was an excellent strain.The above results had great reference significance for improving the production efficiency of strains in the production of L.lividatus mycorrhizal seedlings.
