摘 要:近年来将轻质循环油转化为轻质芳烃的工艺路线备受关注,但存在目标产物收率低的难题。制备具有强扩散性能、适度酸性的介孔纳米Beta分子筛可以有效改善其催化性能。为此提出了一种在甲苯和水两相体系中结合水热法并借助生长修饰剂合成Beta分子筛的新策略。结果表明:与常规相转移方法相比,新方法产物颗粒较小且堆积孔更加丰富,具有更多的中强Brønsted酸位点。合成过程中水相引入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵且负载Ni和Sn制备的Ni-Sn/Beta-C催化剂,在四氢萘加氢裂化探针反应中对目标产物的收率高达74%,这归因于其较高的介孔量及优异的酸性质。The process route to convert light cycle oil into light aromatic hydrocarbon has attracted numerous attentions recently.However,low selectivity towards target products is confronted.Preparation of mesoporous nano-sized Beta zeolites possessing excellent diffusion property and moderate acidity is an effective way to improve its catalytic performance.For this reason,a new strategy to synthesize Beta zeolites with the help of growth modifiers combined with hydrothermal method in a diphase system of toluene and water was proposed.Compared with the conventional phase-transfer method,products acquired from the new method were of smaller particle size and abundant intracrystalline pores,at the same time,more medium-strength Brønsted acid sites were shown.The catalyst Ni-Sn/Beta-C prepared by introducing cetyltrimethylammonium bromide into the aqueous phase during the synthesis process and nickel/tin as active center for hydrogenation displayed a yield towards target products as high as 74%in the tetralin hydrocracking probe reaction,which was attributed to its sufficient mesopore and proper acidity.
