摘　　要：在全民健身与健康中国建设均上升为国家战略的时代背景下,探讨健康促进的问题具有十分重要的理论价值与实践价值。该文在深入学习学术界有关健康促进的重要论述的基础上,采用逻辑分析法、综合分析法等研究方法,从理论与实践两个层面剖析了健康促进的理念与方法,从传播到实践的维度阐明了着力推进健康促进的方式方法,旨在不断提升人民群众的身体健康水平,为达成全民健康的愿景贡献微薄之力。研究认为,应充分利用各种媒体来传播好健康促进,健全、完善健康促进的法规制度,推广健康生活方式;应切实做好家庭、学校、社区的健康促进工作,着力推进青少年与老年人群体的健康服务工作,以期使全社会的健康促进工作迈上新的台阶。建议政府的卫生管理部门采取科学有效的方式方法,进一步加大健康促进工作的力度;健全全社会的健康教育体系与健康管理体系,营造全体居民主动改善健康状况的社会氛围,从而不断改善整个社会的健康环境。Under the background of national fitness and building healthy China as a national strategy,it is of great theoretical and practical value to explore into the issue of health promotion.On the basis of in-depth study of the important discussions on health promotion in academic circles,this paper adopted logical analysis,comprehensive analysis and other research methods to analyze the concepts and methods of health promotion from both theoretical and practical levels,and expounded the methods of health promotion from perspectives of communication and practice,so as to continuously promote the people’s health level and to make contribution to the realization of national health.At present,all kinds of media should be used to publicize health promotion,be taken to perfect the laws and regulations of health promotion,and promote healthy lifestyle.The health promotion in families,schools and communities should be pushed forward and better health services for the youth and the elderly should be provided so as to raise the health promotion of the whole society to a new level.It was suggested that the government health management departments should adopt scientific and effective methods to further strengthen the health promotion,improve the health education system and health management system of the society,create a social atmosphere for all residents to actively improve their health,so as to improve the health environment of the society.
