智能时代高校智慧体育服务的逻辑蕴涵、体系建构与运行保障

摘　　要：随着智能信息技术在高校体育垂直应用场景的不断延伸,高校体育服务环境正发生重大改变,并由外而内对高校传统单一的体育服务方式、碎片化的体育服务功能、松散化的体育服务结构形成冲击,智慧体育服务孕育而生。高校智慧体育服务是兼具“技术智慧”与“人本智慧”的体育服务新模式,代表着智能时代高校体育创新发展方向。围绕新时期高校体育改革创新现实诉求与工作重点,建构“供给、需求、环境”三维分析的SSS框架体系,尝试探究高校智慧体育服务体系“目标导向-动力整合-利益协调-共享发展”的运行逻辑,提出高校智慧体育服务体系运行保障路径(1)凝聚合力,探索建立“政府支持、市场参与、多方筹措”经费支持通路;(2)固本强基,夯实大数据为核心的智慧体育服务平台建设基石;(3)正向推进,引导学生共创共享智能信息时代高校智慧体育成果;(4)主动对标,实现高校体育教师智慧素养与智慧能力集成;(5)精准适切,整体性绩效评价引领提升高校智慧体育服务管理效能;(6)风险防控,全力保障高校智慧体育服务信息系统与网络安全。With the continuous extension of the intelligent information technology in the universities,university sports service environment is undergoing significant changes,which has an impact on the traditional single sports service mode,fragmented sports service function,loose sports service structure,which calls for the application of smart sports service.With“technical wisdom”and“humanistic wisdom”,smart sports service is a new model of sports service,which represents the new direction of sports innovation.Focusing on the demands and priorities of university sports reform in the new era,this paper constructed an SSS framework system of a three-dimensional analysis over supply,demand and environment.It explored into the operation based on“goal orientation-power integration-benefit coordination-shared development”and proposed that financing support through“government support,market participation,multi-financing”should be provided.SSS platform centering on big data should be built.The students should have the opportunities to make and share smart sports achievements.The P.E.teachers should know and use smart sports.The management efficiency should be promoted through the overall evaluation.The information system and network security should be guaranteed.
