摘  要:综合分析了为使推进剂进一步降低燃速,提高能量,双基体系及增塑剂、高能氧化剂及金属燃料、功能助剂等材料的燃速控制效果,对影响燃速机理进行了归纳分析:增塑剂与NG共同作用溶解塑化NC组成均质材料,增塑剂的氧含量影响了均质的连续相基体的氧含量进而影响推进剂燃速;高能氧化剂主要在固相反应区附近发生物理和化学变化吸收热量从而降低推进剂燃速,金属燃料对燃速的影响是增加热传导的增速作用和吸热降速作用等综合表现的结果,功能助剂中弹道稳定剂对燃速影响效果有限,负燃烧催化剂目前研究较少但潜力大,降速剂存在降低能量和压强指数调节效果差等缺点。指出低燃速双基系推进剂燃速调控技术可能的突破方向,一是开展双基系推进剂的负燃烧催化剂抑制机理和材料开发的研究,二是开展硼粉在双基系推进剂中的燃烧效率改良研究。In order to further increase the energy and reduce the burning rate of propellants,the characterization of the various energetic materials including the double base component of propellant,plasticizer,high-energy oxidant,metal fuel and functional additives were analyzed and compared from the aspect of burning rate control.The mechanism of affecting the burning rate was also summarized and analyzed.The results show that the plasticizer and NG dissolve,then plasticize NC,forming a homogeneous material,so the oxygen content of the plasticizer affects the homogeneous continuous phase matrix,which further affects the burning rate of propellant.The high energy oxidant probably absorbs heat resulting from the physical and chemical changes near the solid phase reaction region,thus reducing the burning rate of the propellant.The influence of metal fuel on the burning rate of propellants is a comprehensive effect attributing to the increasing of heat conduction for the increasing burning rate and absorbing heat for decreasing the burning rate.The ballistic stabilizer has a limited effect on the burning rate,and negative combustion catalysts have less concern,while it has a great potential application in the field of burning rate control technology.Burning rate suppressants have the disadvantages of decreasing energy and poor effect on the pressure index.The possibly breakthrough ways in the burning rate control technology of double-base propellants were pointed out.Firstly,it is potential for the study of the negative combustion catalyst in the solid propellants,and the inhibiting mechanism of negative combustion catalyst development of new materials on the negative combustion catalyst.Secondly,it is desirable on the improvement of combustion efficiency of boron powder in double base propellants.
