摘  要:利用落锤冲击试验,对3种不同长径比的ADI发射药试样在相同参数下进行高速冲击试验,根据载荷数据及试样初始横截面积得到其冲击应力随时间的变化。通过高速摄像技术及数字图像获得冲击过程中试样轴向应变,建立了不同长径比ADI发射药试样的冲击应力应变曲线。对其杨氏模量、屈服强度、屈服应变、初始破坏应力及轴向冲击强度与长径比的关系进行分析,发现ADI发射药试样的杨氏模量、初始破坏应力和轴向冲击强度与长径比呈正相关,其屈服强度和屈服应变随着长径比的升高逐步减小,证明了ADI发射药在高速冲击下力学性能的尺寸效应。The size effect on mechanical properties of ADI high energy propellant was studied.Three ADI propellants were tested.According to the load data and initial cross-sectional area,the impact stress was obtained.High speed camera technology and digital image correlation method were used to obtain the axial strain of the sample during the impact process,and the impact stress-strain curves of ADI propellant samples with different length-diameter ratios were established.Then,the relationships between Young’s modulus,yield strength,yield strain,initial failure stress,axial impact strength and length-diameter ratio were analyzed.It is found that Young’s modulus,initial failure stress and axial impact strength of ADI propellant sample were positively correlated to length-diameter ratio.At the same time,the yield strength and yield strain gradually decrease with the increase of length-diameter ratio,which indicates the size effect of ADI propellant under high speed impact.
