摘  要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取山苍子精油,采用单因素实验考察了温度、料液比、时间等条件对山苍子精油提取率的影响。采用凝胶法对山苍子精油进行包埋,制备山苍子精油凝胶,通过测定挥发度研究山苍子精油凝胶的缓释效果。结果表明,最佳山苍子油提取工艺条件为温度80℃、料液比1∶4、蒸馏时间2 h,最佳山苍子精油凝胶的制备工艺为以三乙醇胺为成型剂、2%质量浓度的卡波姆940为凝胶基质,加入50%的山苍子精油乳液,制得凝胶60天后仍留有68.98%精油含量。The essential oil of Litsea cubeba was extracted by steam distillation.The effects of temperature,solid-liquid ratio and time on the extraction rate of essential oil of Litsea cubeba were investigated by single factor experiment.The essential oil of Litsea cubeba was embedded by gel method to prepare Litsea cubeba essential oil gel.The sustained release effect of Litsea cubeba essential oil gel was studied by measuring its volatility.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of Litsea cubeba oil were as follows:temperature 80℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶4,distillation time 2 h.The optimal preparation process of Litsea cubeba essential oil gel was as follows:triethanolamine was used as molding agent,2%carbom 940 was used as gel matrix,and 50%of Litsea cubeba essential oil emulsion was added to prepare the gel,which still retained 68.98%essential oil content after 60 days.
