摘 要:范仲淹展现出包容平和的佛释观,与他青年时读书山林、得览《大藏经》的经历有关。他和释子多有亲近,佛老出世隐逸的姿态和居处满足了他的文人怀想。他不张扬华夷之辨以拒斥外来之学和外来之人,而是择取释老思想的益处为己所用。他学习黄老之道以养气养身,糅合“无为而为”“自然”的理念于积极有为的礼乐教化中,他的治世理想展现出兼收儒道、远化夷狄的图景。针对排佛者批评的释子不事生产不利财货,曾于数封奏疏中建议佛寺宜少兴土木。他更关切行节俭之风、减少冗余和进行经济体制改革。Fan Zhongyan didn’t rejected Buddhism harshly like his friends,which has something to do with his experience studying in the temple and reading Tripitaka in his youth.Indeed,he was close to Buddhists,and their reclusive attitude and dwelling place satisfied his literati’s yearning.He chose to take the benefits of the Buddhism and Taoism thought for his own use and did not exclude different thinking.He learned the way from Huangdi and Laozi to nourish both the body and spirit,and combined the ideas of“Govern by non-interference”and“nature”in the positive and promising ritual and music cultivation.In his ideal governance,Buddhism was included while barbarians were marginalized.In response to the anti-Buddhist criticism that Buddhists did not produce goods and had no contribution to profit,he suggested that Buddhist temples should be built less frequently,at the same time,he was more concerned and repeatedly stated that it was the practice of frugality,the reduction of redundancy and the reform of the economic system that were more important.
